- 1. 1. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year.
2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes.
3. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership.
4. Monthly installments must be paid on or before the 10th of each month.
5. Discounts apply only if all installments are paid on time.
6. Payments can be made in cash,Upi or through online options.
7. The membership card must be surrendered at redemption.
8. Failure to surrender the card will result in cancellation of membership.
9. Receipts will be issued for each deposit made.
10. Receipts and deposits should be reflected in the membership card.
11. Report discrepancies in card entries or receipts within 7 days.
12. Late payments will postpone the redemption date.
13. Discontinuing the scheme early allows redemption only in silver jewellery.
14. Rewards and discounts are forfeited if the scheme is discontinued early.
15. The redemption date is 30 days after the last successful installment.
16. The scheme is valid only for purchasing jewellery (gold and silver).
17. Making charges for jewellery vary based on the item.
18. GST apply to the delivery of jewellery.
19. The scheme cannot be combined with other company schemes.
20. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
21. Management’s decision is final in disputes during redemption.
22. Enrollment can occur any day, without a fixed start date.
23. Timely payments are necessary to qualify for scheme benefits.
24. Any payment issues will affect benefits and redemption schedule.
25. All payments should be recorded and reflected in the membership card.
26. Address issues with card entries or receipts promptly.
27. Early termination limits redemption to silver jewellery only.
28. Scheme completion is required to receive rewards and discounts.
29. Redemption is based on the completion of installments.
30. The scheme does not cover refunds or exchanges for cash or bullion.
